The Damon Compatible Nickel-Titanium alloy is unique. Its exclusive formula, elaborated with sophisticated production procedures, gives wires elasticity, strength and memory.
2. Production
The alloy production process is very complex and if today our archwires are different from all other orthodontic ones, we owe it to continuous research, development and experimentation.
3. Test
Only tests performed in a scientific way, allow to evaluate the “work” of a NiTi archwire. Our wires are subject to intense and rigorous scientific controls that are carried out during and after the production phase. As a matter of fact each batch of wires undergoes 14 quality tests. Before being manufactured, each wire is subjected to 28 points of verification and only wires that pass these controls have the characteristics to grant those performances that feature the Nickel-Titanium alloy, only
